Using technology can be daunting if confidence and know-how are lacking.

However, once you get the hang of the basics, it can be very liberating; freeing up your time, reducing waste and saving money.

Some prefer to leave things to professional advisers and technicians e.g. accountants and web designers but this can be quite expensive.

With a little guidance and training anyone can use a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone and freely available software for any purpose that requires recording and organising things.

Free Advice

I am happy to give advice, encouragement and support to individuals and voluntary organisations on how to use information technology and the internet for personal use or to run small businesses/ enterprises.

Expertise and experience includes creating and maintaining websites and virtual offices, using social media, online diary management and scheduling, small business accounting/ record keeping and device integration (PC/laptop, tablet, smartphones).

I have an MBA (Keele University) and over 30 years experience in public service organisation and management.
